WELCOME TO RAISING YOURSELF

Equipping Leaders to Support Schools

We help schools build a culture of emotional resilience, where both educators and students feel supported, regulated, and ready to thrive. Because when adults are grounded, kids feel it, too.

Impact You Can See and Feel

Our programs create lasting results you can measure, from stronger relationships in classrooms and workplaces to healthier families across communities. Here’s what leaders and participants are experiencing.
01

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Shapes Culture

The emotional tone of a workplace starts at the top.

A Yale-led study of 15,000 employees found that emotionally intelligent leaders cultivate happier, more creative, and more collaborative teams. The same is true in schools.

I help leaders strengthen the emotional intelligence that fuels healthy morale, clearer communication, and a culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.

02

Emotional Intelligence Drives Academic Success

When kids feel seen, they learn better.

Decades of research show that social-emotional learning (SEL) programs lead to up to an 11-point increase in academic performance, along with fewer behavior challenges and greater emotional stability. When students feel emotionally safe, their brains are primed for growth and classrooms transform.

This is where my workshops come in by helping educators bring emotional intelligence from concept to lived practice, every single day.

03

Supporting Teacher Well-Being Elevates the Entire Classroom

Regulated teachers create regulated students.

Teachers with higher emotional intelligence report less burnout, stronger classroom leadership, and a deeper connection with students. But emotional resilience isn’t something they should have to figure out alone.

My educator workshops offer practical, restorative tools that help teachers protect their energy, process stress, and lead from calm instead of exhaustion.

04

Working Parents Are Craving Support

When home and work align, everyone wins.

With 92% of working parents experiencing burnout and 80% saying their workplace offers no real emotional support, families are hungry for meaningful tools, not just flexibility.

I partner with schools to bridge that gap by helping parents build emotional awareness and connection at home, which directly supports their child's learning and your school's mission.
